Budget Rent a Car Australia Wins Most Satisfied Customers Award 2014

Budget Rent a Car Australia, has won the "Most Satisfied Customers Award", as compiled by ratings company Canstar Blue. In taking out the coverted prize Budget achieved the highest rankings in five categories. These included overall customer satisfaction, vehicle availability, cost, booking process, service and fee transparency.

Canstar's study was taken from a survey of 2500 consumers in Australia who have hired a car in the last 12 months.

Budget's Latin America/Asia Pacific president Patrric Siniscalchi said "We are thrilled to receive Canstar Blue's distinguished honour and look forward to continuing to serve and satisfy customers in Australia and around the globe.". He added, "This award is a testament of our strategic focus to 'put the customer first' across all aspects of our business operations — from transparency to service"

With the amount of competition in the Australian market, and facing increased competition from car sharing startups, Budget is doing extremely well to pull off this prize.

With 190 locations, around Australia including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Darwin, Perth and Adelaide Budget is aiming to repeat the success in 2015.
